​Renovations have included custom office spaces, event spaces with a full commercial kitchen, elevators, fire alarms, new energy efficient HVAC equipment, and a State-of-the-art Crestron lighting control system, as well as intelligent sub-metering for tenant power usage and billing and a host of other high-tech inclusions.

Situated on the banks of the Cumberland River immediately adjacent to the Tennessee Titans LP Field, Extreme has been involved as the prime Electrical Contractor for the interior and patio renovations with the GC Baron Construction from the beginning.

Brookmont Terrace

A large addition & extensive renovation to an assisted living facility, Brookmont Terrace in Bellevue was completed with JVK Constructors.  As the facility remained in use throughout the project, special considerations needed to be taken to ensure the safety and comfort of the residents during the work, which included power distribution, residential & commercial wiring, and Fire Alarms.

The Church at Nolensville

This project is scheduled to finished by the end of October. Working with Myrick Gurosky & Associates on this project has made this a smooth process to finish on time and on budget.

Piedmont Natural Gas Headquarters & Operations Yard

Construction of a brand new, LEED Gold Certified 54,000 SqFt Office, Warehouse, and Storage facility for Piedmont Natural Gas in Nashville. Features we installed included a large Standby Generator and Full Fire Alarm System.
