Extreme Electric, Inc is a mid-size electrical contractor in the Greater Nashville area.  We concentrate on making sure our relationships with our partners prove to be exceptional, consistent, and trustworthy.  We value honesty and integrity so that we can provide the utmost excellent service to you and your company.  

Extreme Electric, Inc was founded in 2003 by Linda Raley.  With her husband, Jeff Raley, by her side as a Senior Estimator, they were able to successfully grow as one of the leading electrical contractors in Nashville.  Their combined experience has helped with the continued growth and success of Extreme Electric, Inc.  

In 2019, Joshua Warner became a shareholder in the business and shared the ownership responsibilities with Linda.  Josh, the ambitious person that he is, bought Linda out 100% in 2020.  Josh comes with over 25 years experience in the electrical field and has picked up the business knowledge faster than most.  

Joshua Warner - President & CEO

Josh brings more than 25 years of experience as an electrician to Extreme Electric.  He has been with the company since 2012.  He is a licensed master electrician in the States of Tennessee and Michigan.   Josh also holds the Business Law License for the State of Tennessee.  Josh is a project manager and estimator in the office but has been known to show up on a jobsite with his tools in hand to ensure he still has it.  

Outside of work,  Josh was recently married to his wife Kate.  She has a son Lucas that he gets the honor of helping raise alongside her and they just welcomed a baby boy, Duke,  to the family!  Josh enjoys going out on his Can Am or taking his big boat out, depending on the seasons.  He is also an avid sports fan and outdoors man.  He enjoys both the Tennessee Titans and Nashville Predators and tries to get to a game when he can.  Josh also loves spending time with his two dogs, Miken & Coco. 

Gary Baum - Vice President

Gary brings more than 30 years of experience as an electrician to Extreme Electric.  Gary has been with the company since 2008.  He holds our Tennessee and Kentucky electrical licenses for the company and also holds a Michigan journeyman's electrical license.  Gary is our Superintendent Manager for the company and works alongside our field guys to ensure our jobs are completed timely and look the best they can.  You can find Gary working on take-offs and change orders or out in the field getting his hands dirty.  

Outside of work, Gary enjoys hunting and shooting.  Gary has been married to his wife Angela for over a decade and they love to take family trips together with their daughter, Alyssa.  Cruise trips are their favorite because Angela & Alyssa can enjoy being with Gary without the phone going crazy with calls from inspectors, employees and office staff! 

Renee Rainey - Controller

Renee brings almost 10 years of experience in the construction accounting industry.  She has been with Extreme Electric since 2023.  She holds the Kentucky Business Law License and is a Tennessee Notary.  Renee wears many hats at Extreme Electric - from overseeing office staff, budgeting and forecasting the company financials, processing payroll, and welcoming new employees.  

Outside of work Renee enjoys spending time with her husband of over 10 years, Chad, and their three boys and two dogs.  If she is not at work, you can most likely find her at the baseball field.  She is the President of the high school baseball team booster club and loves spending time giving back to the community.  

Tony Bradby - Senior Estimator

Tony has over 37 years experience in the electrical field, starting at a young age with his father.   He holds a Maryland Journeyman's license and is certified in McCormick estimating software.  He has experience in most aspects of the electrical field as a field member, office staff and even owner.   Tony has been with Extreme Electric since 2021.

Tony has been engaged to his finance Renee for five years.  He has a thirteen year old son named Hunter and a yellow lab named Gunner.  He enjoys hunting, fishing and gardening in his free time.
